Elle Todorova is the founder of Stretching Panda, a holistic health platform that blends yoga, energy work, and mindfulness. With a focus on creating transformative experiences, Elle helps individuals achieve balance and inner peace through her innovative wellness approach. She curates enriching retreats and sessions that reflect her dedication to holistic well-being and personal growth. She holds space for Somatic Bodywork, Sound Healing and teaches Yoga Asana & Meditation.

Day 1: Arrival & Opening Circle

4:00 PM – Check-in & Welcome Drink
Feel the special energy of the retreat space as you arrive with a refreshing drink and settle into the peaceful surroundings.
4:30 PM – Opening Circle & Intention Setting / Guidance on Setting Intentions (8 Areas of Life)
A gentle arrival yoga session and grounding meditation will help you fully arrive in the present moment. Together, we will set powerful intentions for the days ahead.
6:30 PM – Dinner
Enjoy a lovingly prepared vegan and gluten-free dinner, nourishing your body with fresh energy.
Day 2: Connecting with Your Body
